AccountExecutive Were looking for an Account Executive who is ahunter and experienced in selling software solutions to executives at either large or small companies, enjoys getting to know the ins & outs of a technology, and then communicates the value it can bring to the marketplace. You'll operate independently and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. If you're a creative, energetic and a self-starter, intimately familiar with the enterprise sales cycle and can use solutions-based software sales skills to drive deals forward and compress decision cycles, and have a track record of proven sales success and an interest in sharing your expertise with a fast growing team, then this is the role for you! Job Responsibilities: Penetrating targeted accounts, uncovering and analyzing customer needs, developing solution/value propositions, negotiating terms, and closing business Managing and forecasting sales activity in salesforce.com Contacting, creating, and qualifying new buyers, leads, and sales opportunities Generating new business in new accounts and upselling existing accounts Identifying critical business challenges of prospects and customers Adding customer equity by creating valued business partnerships with customers, proactively identifying business opportunities for the customer, and conveying a firm understanding of customers business and political drivers Qualifications: 3to 5 years experience in direct sales (B2B and/or enterprise software sales) Experience managing a new business quota from $800,000+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field preferred Travel requirements: 10% or greater Additional Skills: You have a zest for market insight, competitive movement& customer buying trends; and, the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new information You are a master at mobilizing available internal resources to achieve sales and organizational goals You proactively leverage your sales engineers & sales leadership to accelerate sales velocity Experience in NPM a plus About AppNeta: AppNeta is the leader in proactive end-user performance monitoring solutions built for the distributed enterprise.
