We're currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team of insurance experts. We serve a diverse clientele of business owners and help them get the coverage they need. The Account Manager will not only be responsible for growing new business, but also retaining existing business in their assigned territory.  They will explain any and all updates to policy holders, and present weekly comprehensive sales reports - this person will need communication and organization skills.


The right candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, a Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance License and a working knowledge of commercal insurance.


Offerings to the Account Manager Include:

  • $45,000 - $55,000 annual salary dependent on experience

Position duties for Account Manager Include:

  • Cross sell existing book of business
  • Conduct warning calls for late payments
  • Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled and necessary forms are completed.
  • Conduct policy reviews
  • Conduct cancellation calls on book of business
  • Additional duties as assigned and as needed

Requirements for the Account Manager Include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of insurance experience in customer service or sales position
  • A Georgia Property and Casualty License
  • Proficient in MS Office and various CRM systems
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Can perform optimally in both an autonomous and team oriented environment
  • Must maintain consistent professionalism
  • Positive, can do demeanor
  • Must have good multi-tasking and time management skills
