Inside Software Sales (2) - CA - 27040946

Our client is a dynamic, fast growing software company that delivers vertically focused analytics and workflow solutions to the upstream Oil & Gas sector and they are looking to hire 2 Inside Sales Reps in the Los Angeles area. These are new business / hunting roles.

We're in search of folks that have 3-5 yrs (preferred) software sales experience, someone coachable, and interested in working for a small but growing software company. The client has excellent sales support, a strong marketing team, reference-able customers, has won numerous awards, and is filled with positive and determined individuals.

The starting base salary for this role will be in the $80,000.00 ball park, plus health/dental/vision benefits included, 401k, and on target earnings in the $200,000.00 range. There will be no cap on earnings!


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • We're looking for candidates that have software sales experience (ideally 3-5 yrs), candidates that can commute to an office daily in the 91361 zip code
  • You need to be coachable, have to be a go getter / hunter mentality.

Compensation: $80,000.00 (DOE) + Full Benefits

On-Target-Earnings: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 - Uncapped
