We have an exceptional opportunity for a Sales/Account Manager on our team.

. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for generating sales with your accounts (combination of Retail, Ecommerce, and Distribution) negotiating sales contracts.

-Responsible for maintaining existing sales contracts and buyer contacts in major brands retail stores nationwide, as well as the global markets for Q-See products.

- Help develop and implement promotion and product campaign strategies with our accounts Bringing new retail/wholesale contacts and platforms to discussions.

-Responsible for researching and identifying effective ways to create brand awareness in the retail/wholesale arenas.

-Monitor performance keeping the budget in mind and suggest measures maintain profits (ROI) Create specialized product proposals to prospective and current customers.

-Create and maintain account price lists, product assortment, calculate product margins, retail price, and cost Organize and coordinate trade shows, symposiums, product training (Travel Required).

-Balance the business interest of the Company as well as customer satisfaction (Win-Win Partnerships)

-Consult with product development and tech support team on product specifications such as design, specs, and packaging

-Give input and advice on upcoming products in development phase

-Work with marketing to create enhanced content and brochures for your account

-Weekly tracking of back order shipping reports Identify business trends, forecast demand/sales volume

-Maintain ownership of a project you are handling until completion

Preferences :

- A minimum of 2 years of Sales Experience, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology driven industries focusing B2B and B2C.

- Must have excellent communication skills, and able to effectively communicate with buyers and related contacts in the retail/wholesale industry.

-Must have a strong work ethic, and experience producing campaigns and sales programs.

-Must have knowledgeable of mainstream sales in major e-commerce, distribution or retail outlets nationwide or foreign markets.

-Computer Savvy; proficient in Powerpoint, Excel and Word Strong attention to detail Motivated individual, organized and self-starter Ability to multi-task and grasp product knowledge quickly
