National Real Estate Sales Manager –
Big Iron Realty, a new Division of Stock Realty & Auction Co. has an immediate full-time opening for a hard working and motivated individual to oversee the development of the real estate sales force in Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Colorado and Kansas. This position will be responsible for leading the sales, production, and profitability through passionate leadership and a winning attitude, confident decision making, practical problem solving, and outstanding customer service. Sales and management experience with knowledge of real estate ag land sales are essential. Stock Realty & Auction Co. is a family owned, regional real estate company located in St. Edward, Nebraska. Stock Realty & Auction Co. is celebrating its 32nd year in business selling agricultural real estate, residential and commercial property. Ron and Mark Stock are also the owners and founders of Big Iron Auctions, a leading online auction company conducting business globally. The expansion of the BigIron brand into the agricultural real estate sales and marketing space once again shows the commitment the Stock Brothers have to providing quality service to farmers, ranchers and investors in rural America. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. A college degree or at least five years of sales management experience plus experience in real estate sales is required.
