Field Sales Trainer - ENT - PNW - 27037544

This Company is a dynamic and growing Audiology Manufacturer, (digital hearing aids) with a stellar reputation, low employee turnover and state of the art products and they are seeking a Field Sales Trainer to assist Sales Reps in the field, (pre/post sales issues).

The territory will include Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and Hawaii. This person can be based in Seattle, Portland or Boise. Key role in the West Coast.Will travel 60% to 70% of the time. Will do product demos too.

Ready to conduct phone interviews ASAP!


  • 5 years in the hearing/audiology field in dispensing or support.
  • Seeking someone with MS, PhD or Doctor of Audiology educational level.
  • The ability to travel and effectively communicate internally with a sales force and customers in the field, (formal presentations).
  • A consultative/Teacher type personality.

Base Salary:  $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 (DOE) + Company Car

On-Target-Earnings:  $95,000.00 - $105,000.00

Geography Covered:  AK, HI, ID, OR, and WA

Locations:  Seattle, or Portland, or Boise

Relocation: No
