We are looking to expand our horizons into the Northern NJ Area! In preparation for that expansion we are on the hunt for sales-minded relationship builders who can uncover and meet our client’s needs.

What you must have…

  • The drive to win new business
  • Previous Outside Sales experience
  • Solid understanding of Business to Business sales
  • Superior communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Prior home office/ working remotely experience
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus, but we will train as needed
  • Valid license and clean driving record is required
  • Competent computer proficiency in  Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills; collaborative and friendly
  • Must have the ability and confidence to effectively interface with clients
  • Strong organizational skills to properly serve our clients
  • Ability to grasp concepts and learn quickly
  • Reliable, responsible and dedicated to fulfilling obligations
  • Confident working in a commission driven environment * 2016 Average Department Sales Income > $99,000.00
  • Ability to maintain primary “office” hours and availability M-F 8:00am- 5:00pm

In this role, you will use your passion for building relationships by working closely with clients in the transportation industry. Your expertise in the development of new business relationships and the management of existing accounts will be the foundation for your success. Your persistence and a "no fear" attitude will be crucial to your compounding your success, as you will be cold calling prospects on the phone and in person. Here at DBBS it’s all about the relationship and service we can provide to our clients. Our business is constantly evolving, so if you are looking for a dynamic, challenging environment, unparalleled opportunities await you here.  This position reports to the New Sales Director and is a home based position, corporate office visits as needed/requested.
