Hiring for Customer Service Sales Representative full time or part time!

We are a local Farmers Insurance agency is looking to hire a professional, ambitious, and highly motivated self-driven individual to fill the position of Customer Service Sales Representative.  Insurance and financial services background, or business degree is a a huge plus, but willing to train the right people. Our agency offers a variety of products and services. You name it, we do it!  We are among the top rated insurance and financial services agencies in Farmers Insurance Group and are the top in our district.

Our agency model focuses on generating leads for our agents to work and build relationships with.  By giving our agents the ability to spend more time transacting business and significantly less time prospecting makes for a more profitable employee.  Our highly effective marketing techniques enable agents to spend little to no time cold calling and a lot more time quoting, producing, and building client relationships.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Face-to-face and phone interactions with clients (client must be able to “hear” you smiling)
  • Marketing, prospecting and developing new client base
  • Rating and processing new business
  • Increase sales production

Qualifications include:

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life license (preferred)
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and driven
  • Well-organized, analytical, and resourceful
  • MUST have a can-do attitude
  • Bi-Lingual a definite PLUS but not required
  • Able to work with a team but also work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable learning our computer programs and systems to transact business
