We're looking for high-energy individuals with developed hunting skills to join our dedicated sales team. Ace sales representatives work largely independently to add new business customers within an assigned local territory to our ever-growing customer list.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently meeting weekly and annual sales goals
  • Generate and qualify leads within assigned KC-area territory; gather business intelligence on prospects and utilizing it to support sales
  • Cold calling and developing new customers
  • Analyze prospect needs, customize service plans, prepare and present proposals
  • Ensure accurate and timely new account installation and ease of transition of account management to service team
  • Work continuously with sales manager to optimize sales strategies


COMPENSATION / BENEFITS:

  • Competitive base salary and uncapped commission; earning potential is between $60K and $100K.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a quota-driven sales position required, B2B sales experience preferred
  • Must be independent, self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred
