National Accounts Manager - IDN Contract Development - TX - 27027436

Our client is looking for a National Accounts Manager to be focused on the development and retention of IDN contracts and relationships.  This position reports to the VP of Health Systems and works closely with the Southwest & Great Lakes Regional Sales Managers and their teams.

Essential Functions:

  • Sole focus is the development and retention of IDN contracts in the West.  
  • This is an expansion position and needs to be filled immediately.

Education and Qualifications

  • Diploma (BS/BA) or work experience in a related field.  
  • Ideal candidate is in a similar role now focused on the acute care market with at least 3+ years of experience developing these types of contracts.  
  • Must have a rolodex of contacts with the documentation of success.  
  • Can consider someone who also is working in a dual role with GPOs & IDNs or a RSM with hands-on IDN contract development.  
  • Disposable background is preferred.

Base Salary:  $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 (DOE) + $550/month Car Allowance + Mileage

On-Target-Earnings:  $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 - Uncapped + Great Benefits

Locations: Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, or San Antonio, TX

Relocation: No - Must live in the territory
