SUMMARY

Meridian Leasing is an independent lessor with a 37-year track record specializing in technology, medical and material handling equipment. The Regional Sales Manager will call on medium and large commercial and healthcare organizations within a defined geography. This individual will be an experienced sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and looking to build a business and career with Meridian

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a portfolio of Fair Market Value (FMV) leased assets;
  • Focus primarily on IT, Medical and Material handling equipment;
  • Generate a new account base.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Meridian lease contract terms;
  • On-going management of investment portfolio;
  • Implement strategies to minimize portfolio investment during lease origination;
  • Maximize portfolio residual returns;
  • Achieve objectives set by Senior Management;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic;
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills;
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
  • Assertive and outgoing personality;
  • Strong presentation experience with demonstrable successes;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • 3 or more years of sales experience;
  • A four-year college degree is required.
