MDI Worldwide seeks an experienced and highly self-motivated Key Account Executive to join our thriving team. We are a provider of a diverse array of indoor and outdoor promotional fixtures, signage, and displays. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing business, and contributing creatively to the growth of our company.
 
This work-from-home/travel position is geared toward a strong hunter, qualifier and closer, and will allow you the autonomy and flexibility to manage your own multi-state travel schedule. The right Key Account Executive will have a minimum of 2 years’ B2B sales experience within the Point of Purchase or Display & Exhibit industries, and will bring their own industry contacts.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Key Account Executive Include:

  • Aggressively developing and maintaining a solid customer base
  • Contributing established industry contacts
  • Proactively managing customer relations to exceed customer expectations for service, quality, and dependability
  • Participating in strategic trade shows in which you manage product displays to demonstrate product functionality, and provide thorough knowledge of product specifications to promote the product line
  • Assisting customers in creating retail merchandising display solutions
  • Maintaining a 50% overnight travel schedule within established territory
  • All other duties as assigned by management

 
Qualifications for the Key Account Executive Include:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ B2B sales experience within the Point of Purchase or Display & Exhibit industries
  • Proven retail merchandising sales promotion experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Possess an aggressive selling ability with the persistence to invest in long-term customer relationships
  • Organized and detail-oriented
