Xpedited Delivery & Logistics (XDL) is seeking a Sales Representative to join our friendly, competitive team. We are a private fleet replacement provider supporting OEM and After-Market Parts businesses throughout the United States. Our clients replace their in-house fleet systems with our solutions, meaning they can offload the costs associated with fleet management, translating to a long term relationship with our business. The Sales Representative in this position will have the unique opportunity to build a book of business with recurring earning potential on these long term clients. 

While a majority of your day will be spent finding, developing relationships with, and closing new business opportunities, you will benefit from the best in class service of our operations team, who will build the accounts you close and increase your earning potential. The right Sales Representative will be relentless in their approach to developing relationships with potential clients. Once a prospect has been identified, the Sales Representative is responsible for educating the prospect, getting them comfortable with what we do, and presenting our solutions at the appropriate time. 

A Sales Representative who is undeterred by frequent rejection will do well in this position. You will be primarily calling on CEOs, CFOs, and others in the C-Suite, so a good deal of confidence and comfort with top-level executives will be important. Most importantly, an aggressive individual who is motivated by new challenges, setting and achieving goals, and seeing tangible results will find success here. 

To the qualified Sales Representative, we offer:

Duties and Responsibilities of the Sales Representative include:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Close sales and achieve weekly metrics and quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain an active knowledge of our fleet replacement offerings
  • Be willing to pick up the phone and dial the next prospect regardless of the result of the last call
  • Other duties as needed for success

Requirements for Inside Sales Representative Include:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Highly organized 
  • Prior sales training preferred
  • High energy, resilient attitude
