Thalyon Marketing Group born in 2009 is a Franchisor of Digital Products looking for an *Independent Sales Directors* to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to be exceptionally compensated. Thalyon Marketing Group has won 3 international marketing awards within the last 5 years! We offer the sales of Digital Franchises to future Franchisees at affordable cost and commission you the Independent Sales Director a great portion of the sale. Since there is no physical product to hold or move as in a traditional franchise i.e. (McDonalds, Starbucks, Subway) the sales cycle is short and commissions are very high.

We are forward thinking and goal oriented people. We enjoy the growth of our Independent Sales Directors. We even offer our Sales Directors the opportunity to become franchise owners themselves once certain sale goals are met. What makes our digital franchise worthwhile? Once a Digital Franchise is purchased from Thalyon Marketing Group by a Franchisee they earn the right to keep 100% commissions on all their sales on any and every digital product they sale. REQUIREMENTS

  • MUST be a go getter who is VERY comfortable making phone calls
  • Most are warm leads but some days there will be cold calling
  • Calls are setting up appointments and estimates are from 10-100 based on demand
  • Self-starter that can thrive in an independent working environment.
  • Skilled in MS Office & Outlook
  • Ability to work independently
  • Persuasive phone voice and ability to sell in a consultative manner
  • Interest in stepping into a sales managerial role
