Socius is seeking proven Territory Sales Representatives with 5+ years of value-centric, field sales experience to grow Midwest and national sales territories from our offices in Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati, OH.

Ideal candidates will be highly motivated and well-organized field sales professionals who enjoy local/regional or national travel, engaging both technical and business buyers in dynamic and complex sales cycles.  Successful candidates will leverage our position as a national market leader to develop new and existing customer relationships, while achieving over-quota growth targets.

To the qualified Territory Sales Representative candidate, we offer:

  • A compensation package with on target earnings of $130,000 - $220,000, including a competitive base salary between $70,000 - $90,000.

Job Duties of Territory Sales Representatives:

  • Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities with executive leaders using referrals, email, phone and social tools.
  • Provoke interest and build value for budgeted and unbudgeted projects.
  • Leverage our training to effectively lead traditionally long and complex buying cycles.
  • Demonstrate the commitment required to overachieve sales goals outlined in monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
  • Consistently track, report, and analyze sales performance in order to produce greater pipeline and forecast accuracy.
  • Pursue the continuous development of your own value-centric, consultative sales mindset, skillset and toolset.
  • Gain the respect of other sales and consulting team members on your way to becoming a trusted team leader.

Qualifications of Territory Sales Representatives:

  • 5+ years of value-centric, field sales experience.
  • The ability to travel regionally (less than 20% overnight).
  • Verifiable history of accountability, perseverance and on-target sales achievement.
  • The curiosity of a life-long learner and the demonstrated commitment of a leader.
  • The ability to initiate and support complex independent and team-selling initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that makes you comfortable being challenged and taking risks.
  • Command of a value-centric sales process and presentation/demonstration skills.
  • Strong task-orientation with problem-solving skills that allow you to operate as an autonomous team member.
  • Disciplined use of CRM, and knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Persuasive verbal, writing, communication and presentation skills.
