REMEDI Electronic Commerce Group seeks a highly self-motivated, competitive Inside Sales Representative to join our thriving organization. We are a business integration services and staffing provider specializing in EDI solutions. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for calling businesses nationwide, building relationships with key decision makers and setting sales appointments for our industry experts. Our well respected, in-demand services will provide ambitious candidates ample personal and professional development. This role is specifically geared for a hunter, someone who is not afraid to make the calls necessary to generate business opportunities.  The right Inside Sales Representative has 2 years of inside sales or appointment setting experience and has the discipline and attention to detail to follow-up over long sales cycles.

To the right Inside Sales Representative, we offer:

  • Base salary plus commission on appointments and deals closed from opportunities generated
  • First year, on-target total compensation of $50,000 – $70,000 commensurate with experience and success

Duties and Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Representative:

  • Call prospective businesses and identify their Data Integration and Supply Chain needs
  • Set appointments for our Senior Sales Executives
  • Research businesses, connect with key players, qualify, and generate interest
  • Accurately enter information into our CRM and vigilantly complete tasks and follow-ups
  • Maintain an active knowledge of our products, services, and industry
  • Other duties as needed for success

Requirements for the Inside Sales Representative:

  • 2 years of prospecting and inside sales experience
  • Appointment setting, proposal and presentation experience
  • Experience with 3rd Party Marketing software (i.e. HubSpot) and social media for demand generation
  • Microsoft Office Suite and CRM proficiency
  • Interpersonal abilities and relationship building skills
  • Thrives on acting as a problem solver
  • Physical or virtual event planning / hosting
  • Drip marketing program experience preferred
