Madison Street Capital seeks a highly ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our thriving organization. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for calling businesses, building relationships with key decision makers, and qualifying potential opportunities. This position supports our Corporate Finance and M&A divisions and will provide ambitious candidates ample personal and professional development. This role is specifically geared for a hunter, someone who is not afraid to make the calls necessary to generate business opportunities.  The right Inside Sales Representative has 1 year of inside sales experience, the confidence to sell to executives, and strong communication skills.   • Base salary plus uncapped commissions
  • First year, on-target total compensation of $40,000 – $60,000. 2nd year target compensation of $80,000 - $100,000

Duties and Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Representative:

  • Cold call up to 300 provided leads a day and discover their transaction needs
  • Support senior sales staff and regional directors by setting on-site appointments with potential clients
  • Coordinate warm lead hand-off from origination to close
  • Comprehension of training and professional development topics in the arenas of sales and finance
  • Track, manage, and exceed sales quotas on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Other duties as needed for sales success

Requirements for the Inside Sales Representative:

  • 1 year of sales experience in an Inside or B2B role
  • Phone sales/telemarketing experience is beneficial
  • College degree is preferred
  • Computer proficiency
  • Interpersonal abilities and relationship building skills with C-Level executives
  • Self-driven with effective time management abilities
