JOB DESCRIPTION

Makes regular and repeated sales calls at our dealers’ stores throughout an assigned sales territory to sell Nichols products.  Builds a continuing relationship with those dealers, and maintains those customers’ good relations with our firm.  Extends knowledge of our products to new personnel at those dealerships.  Plans a regular network of geographically similar customers. .

Attends machinery exhibitions and dealer open houses and manages displays at those shows.

Introduces and promotes new products and variations of our regular products; and scouts new product to make or sell.

Establishes and maintains effective relations with customers as defined by general business practices.

Sets his goals for sales in his territory with a seasonal sales plan that is communicated to his supervising Operations Manager.  Season on season growth is expected.

Sales of repair parts for agricultural cultivators and earth moving equipment.  Supplier of Repairs for Agricultural Machinery.
