Account Specialist - Medical Lasers - CA - 27017562

Our client is a leading developer and manufacturer of a broad array of light-based aesthetic and medical treatment systems. Their products are used to provide a diverse range of treatment applications such as hair removal, skin revitalization and scar reduction, as well as the treatment of vascular lesions.

We are looking for a Patient Coordinator at an Aesthetic Practice or a licensed Aesthetician that has experience in an Aesthetic practice; plastic surgery office, med spa or dermatology office.

Position Overview:

Manage and support existing and new company customers.  The Account Specialist will improve relationships with customers, increase their level of success and uncover new product placement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit and maintain relationships with all company customers.
  • Responsible for managing and designing creative solutions to meet customer expectations.
  • Responsible for up-selling current customers.
  • Evaluate customer requests and proactively determine recommended course of focus and action to meet customer needs and business strategy.
  • Communicate directly with ASM/SLCs to keep them apprised of any status updates or pertinent information relating to their accounts
  • Company Representative for complaint handling, arbitrating disputes and resolving grievances with customers in relation to marketing services provided. Represent the company at open Houses and Nights of Beauty with Customers (Coordination, assistance, presence if required)
  • Help develop new Luminaries from the customer base for all laser
  • Collect new Before and After photos/advanced treatment pearls from willing company customers
  • Prospecting current customers by email blasting to promote workshops or to keep them informed of new lasers/applications or applicable news
  • Uncover opportunities while meeting with accounts (What are they looking at, are they expanding, upgrades)
  • Aid in collection of unpaid or existing balances on laser purchases when applicable.
  • Responsible for generating required reporting
  • The Account Specialist is responsible for increasing revenues and profitability of identified accounts.  This includes the retention of existing revenues as well as identifying, qualifying and closing new business for incremental revenue realization to enhance the reputation and business relationship between customer and the company.
  • Overall responsibility for the revenue growth of assigned customers through value adds solutions and contract negotiation
  • Retain and increase the profitable penetration of existing accounts

 

Job Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree
  • 2 - 5 years as a Patient Coordinator at an Aesthetic practice or a licensed Aesthetician.  
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven customer development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage relationships with customers
  • Experience on-boarding and working with new accounts
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and organized.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
  • Interacts with all levels of the company and customers.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 (DOE)

On-Target-Earnings:  $78,000.00 - $91,000.00
