Summary:

Sales professionals needed across the US. We are seeking help contacting families who have sent their information in to our company requesting life insurance. Part-time or Full-time. No experience necessary -- we will train!! No cold calling or door knocking. If you are self motivated, like working a flexible schedule (mainly from home) and helping families while getting rewarded, this may be the career for you! Must have reliable transportation.

 

The J and J Alliance, in partnership with The Alliance, is sales and marketing organization that combines direct selling and agency building opportunities to sell life insurance and annuity products through an exclusive network of independent insurance agents. The organization is one of the largest association of agents of its kind with representatives in all 50 states and is headquartered in Burlington, NC

We work with 15 A rated insurance companies like Mutual of Omaha and TransAmerica.  This means you are able to "do the shopping" right in front of the client and not only find them a company that will take them based on their age and their health but also help them find what fits their needs and their budget.  With our portfolio of products you will be able to cover just about everyone!  Even the ones you think are "UN-insurable!"  Even if they have cancer or AIDS we have options for them!

We have a couple different lead programs available that you are welcome to take advantage of.  You are encouraged to generate your own leads and get referrals as well. 

We are also looking for people that would like to take advantage of our Management Training Program and help you start your own agency and build your own sales force.

Most of our agents work from home!  No required office days!  You create your own schedule and work as MUCH as you want and make as MUCH money as you want to make!  No one will tell you that you can't work overtime! 

A popular schedule that our seasoned agents tend to use is they pick 2 days a week to make phone calls and 2 days a week to run appointments.  Agents in the Management Training Program will spend 1-2 days a week in management training as well.

Our training is second to none.  We have an online course for every product that we offer as well as face to face sales training and you will be assigned an agent mentor who's bonuses and overrides are tied to your success!  Your success is their success!  They will do everything they can to get you making as MUCH money as possible FAST!

Our track record so far is we don't have a single full timer that has been with us for a full year that makes less than $75,000 with MOST of our FT agents making well above $150,000.

Part Time for the right candidate is also encouraged.

Our ideal candidate will have one or more of the following:

- Have a proven and verifiable track record of success such as being a part of a winning team in sports, military or previous sales career.

- Made over $100,000/yr in the past

- A four year degree
