As an Business Development Specialist (Inside Sales Representative) for Diamond Mowers, you will be responsible for managing company-wide inbound leads and inquiries on heavy equipment.

Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

No travel required.

We are a fast-growing equipment manufacturer looking for someone with experience selling over the phone.  We need someone who is self-motivated and enjoys being part of helping a company to grow and develop.

This is not another call center position.  We are looking for a skilled, tele-sales professional to be a part of a small team handling inbound calls.   The position will include being a business advisor, product expert, and coach to help customers be successful.

We have training but need someone who is comfortable talking about equipment and is a quick learner.

You will need to be proficient with data entry and working with a CRM system.

If you have proven you can be successful but are still making under 50K a year, we have a great opportunity for you.

·        Must work well with all levels of business people: equipment operators, sales people, government buyers and C-level personalities.       
·        Must have proven success in an office setting doing inside sales.
·        Must have a drive to grow personally, professionally, and help Diamond to grow further.
·        Strong computer skills, including: Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet applications.
·        Skilled at writing with good grammar and proper punctuation. Be disciplined in reviewing work before it is sent.
·        Experience or background with machinery is helpful.
