Benefits specialist position requires the individual to deal hands on with clientele, handle paperwork, handle customer complaints, and claims.
Process, upgrade, and cancel accounts
Assist with placement of policies, claims, and paperwork.
Advise on company products and programs.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Place or cancel accounts.
Answer questions about terms of sale.
Act as the company gatekeeper.
Suggest solutions with managing teams and clients .
Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
Inform customer of available benefits.
Sell programs and services.
Utilize computer technology with program.
Work with regional and general manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Contact proposed clients by phone.
Compile reports on overall team performance.
Read from scripts.
Handle changes in policies or renewals.
Hours: Full time position.

Military experience or some college will make a candidate stand out to regional director. We do believe that someone who lacks experience still may be successful, and are willing to discuss further within an interview.
