Job Summary: Under general supervision, this intermediate level position supports management on new and existing customer and the Autogas segment The incumbent will work with field operations and Autogas Project Managers to maintain and improve operational efficiencies, improve margin performance, and monitor customer fuel consumption.  This position typically requires 5 or more years of working professional experience with direct customer interaction.

Essential Functions:

  • Sets up and maintains all Autogas reporting and customer requests
  • Insures that all Fuelmaster sales are properly entered in Peoplesoft to insure proper tracking of sales and billing.
  • Assists with the automation of Fuelmaster data linking into PeopleSoft.  Works closely with Fuelmaster to insure that their software meets Fleet customer needs.
  • Supports sales efforts with equipment pricing and AFE requests
  • Coordinates with Autogas Project managers on pending Fleet installs and equipment orders. Tracks equipment utilizations and asset deployment
  • Maintains vendor relationships and audits equipment and invoicing Works with field Account managers and Operations team on coordinating dispenser installs and follow through of customer set up..
  • Analyzes autogas performance and work with management to identify areas of improvement.

Experience:

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5 or more years related experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • PeopleSoft experience preferred
