InsuranceHub seeks a highly ambitious Account Manager to join our top-notch team. We are a versatile insurance agency, and we serve all kinds of different customers. The Account Manager will be responsible for getting new clients and keeping our current clients happy.  They will work within their given territory.  They need to be good at explaining things, as they are responsible for telling our policyholders about any updates.  They also have to be organized so they can present weekly sales reports. 
  
 A stellar candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.  They also need a license - a Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance License and have a working knowledge of auto and home insurance.
 
We have lots  of experience in the insurance arena and we are always growing so that we can offer the most comprehensive coverage in the industry. We provide a challenging and exciting environment - we are definitely not boring!  We're up and at 'em at 8am, and we work until 5pm to make sure we get the job done right.

As an Account Manager, you will..

  • Cross sell existing book of business
  • Conduct warning calls for late payments - in a nice way
  • Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled and necessary forms are completed - organization is your friend
  • Conduct policy reviews
  • Conduct cancellation calls on book of business - again in a nice way
  • Additional duties as assigned and as needed
  • Enjoy ping-pong games with coworkers - it's team-building!

Requirements for the Account Manager Include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of insurance experience in customer service or sales position
  • A Georgia Property and Casualty License
  • Proficient in MS Office and various CRM systems
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work on your own or in a group/on a team-we like to mix things up
  • Professionalism
  • Positive, can do attitude
  • Impressive multi-tasking and time management skills
