The Collegiate Relations Manager is the primary liaison for sponsors and institutions. This role requires high level skills in communication to act as a go between for stakeholders in works closely with diverse departments to meet and manage institutional requirements and specifications.

The CRM is responsible for balancing responsibilities such as:
Bid writing and presentation
Financial negotiation
Sales and public relations/ social media engagement.
Analyzing gaps in sponsored marketing
Operations
Order management
Fulfillment
Partner commissions
Customer service prioritizing resolutions with appropriate OCM teams

As the face of OCM on 50-75 campuses, this position requires a unique ability to engage college students, parents, mid and high-level administrators. The CRM is responsible for maintaining these client relationships, the core and foundation of OCMs business.

Requirements:
2-4 years of sales experience in related industry.
Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Travel 40-50% of time depending on the needs of clients and business.
Proven ability to achieve seasonal and annual sales goals.
Effective and professional presentation, verbal and written communication abilities.
Periodic travel to campuses and conference sites, including occasional weekends.
Willingness and ability to work beyond standard business hours as needed.
Bachelors Degree required.
