Job Summary

Structure Glass Solutions (SGS) is experiencing rapid sales growth and is looking for an experienced inside sales person to join the team. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated sales professional who is skilled in closing telephone sales. Reporting to one of the company owners, this is a key position with a great opportunity for future career growth.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales goals by growing sales with existing customers and by acquiring new customers.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
Initiate 50 75 sales calls per day to drive new sales revenue.
Close sales over the phone and enter all orders accurately and efficiently.
Build strong customer relationships through sales professionalism and exceptional service.
Ensure customer satisfaction through after purchase follow-up.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of business to business (B2B) sales experience, preferably inside sales.
Strong phone presence and cold calling experience required.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to create new business.
Bi-lingual fluent in English and Spanish.
Basic computer skills required to enter and track sales orders.
Excellent listening, presenting, follow-up and organization skills.
Glass industry experience is a definite plus.

Additional

$15/hour base rate plus commission and bonus incentive plan
Paid holidays and vacations
Extensive product training
Hours Monday through Friday 9-5. Paid during lunch hour.
