Inside Sales Executive Lead Generator

Pole To Win International is recruiting an Inside Sales Executive Lead Generator to join our dynamic Global Sales and Marketing team. The successful Inside Sales candidate will be responsible for reviewing, contacting and qualifying, as part of a pre-sales process, B2B sales leads before handing over to our Inside Sales and/or client-facing Sales teams worldwide, ultimately stimulating interest and filling the sales funnel. You will be responsible for driving new business in target markets such as video games, e-learning, sharing economy and internet of things. Previous lead qualification or Inside Sales experience within fast-paced technology companies, within verticals including digital interactive media, e-learning, localization, call center solutions, software and new technologies, within the UK / Europe, would be a distinct advantage.

Candidates must be motivated self-starters with a sales hunter approach and demonstrable experience of applying versatile techniques and behaviors when qualifying leads received from internal lead generation teams.

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience of Telemarketing or Inside Sales within commercial B2B sales and marketing teams

Proven success in developing fresh relationships with relevant decision-makers leading to New Business Sales

Customer-focused with strong commercial acumen, able to nurture and support leads through the prospecting process by providing clear and timely information via telephone, email, social media and other channels as necessary

Drive the qualification process by determining key information from prospects to support client-facing Sales teams worldwide as part of pre-qualification, including identifying actual decision-makers and other relevant commercial information as necessary

Ensure prospects are kept informed and reassured at all times during the sales development process by being approachable, supportive and professional at all times

Provide support to Inside Sales and client-facing Sales teams at all stages of the sales cycle to grow the sales pipeline and close opportunities with existing clients and prospects, including activities derived from lead generation and marketing campaigns, and coordinating webinars and/or meetings between prospects and sales teams

Good knowledge of digital, social and content marketing techniques and concepts

Experience with Salesforce is essential

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A tenacious personality with the drive to prospect, contact and nurture decision-makers

Experience of working within a flexible team environment within a global organization
