Knight Security Systems is looking for a self-motivated Sales Representative to join our cohesive team. Our Sales Representatives lead the strategic sales activities to promote Knight Security Systems. This Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, generating, and maintaining relationships with enterprise level accounts and will be responsible for advising the engineering team on customer objectives. The successful Sales Representative will be a hunter that sees the benefits of not being bogged down with implementation. They will have the ability to identify the right prospects and ask the right questions to sell a solution, rather than a commodity.

To the right Sales Representative, we offer:

Competitive base plus commission with a first year on-target total compensation of $75,000-$125,000 and a two to three year on-target total compensation of $150,000-$300,000

Sales Representative Responsibilities & Duties:

Suspecting, Prospecting, Qualifying/Disqualifying, Team Design-Build Solution Generation, and Closing Enterprise level accounts
Identify customer needs and work with the client to design a custom solution
Serve as lead in all customer facing activities
Work with the Engineering Team on completing and satisfying customer objectives
Additional duties as needed

Sales Representative Qualifications & Skills:

Industry Sales experience is preferred, but not required
Commercial building, HVAC, electrical, communication, data network, or equipment installation sales experiece will be a great advantage to the candidate
IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of CRM software
Ability to interface with high-level IT Professionals is a plus
Personable attitude with the ability to listen to the customer and ask the right questions to uncover the needs they have in order to design a custom solution

College degree preferred, but not required
