Our Sales Representatives are critical for our continued growth, as well as an immense asset to the companies that we serve.

This excellent opportunity will allow the right Outside Sales Representative to flourish by generating prospects in their assigned territory as the growth potential is vast. We need a consummate professional with a winning attitude who is not afraid to make the calls and do the face-to-face visits that are necessary to grow business.

To the right Outside Sales Representative we offer:

A first year salary commensurate with skills and experience. After a training period of one year, Sales Representatives transition to 100% commission, plus bonuses

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Immersion in our key products
Generate prospects in your assigned territory
Meet face-to-face to qualify key prospective customers
Develop a comprehensive business plan and tracking system
Present products to customers via PowerPoint presentations
Accurate and consistent reporting of sales activity
Yield high percentage of repeat customers
Consistent participation in sales training
Consistent training and re-education through webinars and workshops
Continuous self-development
Other duties as required for success

Requirements Include:

Degree in Engineering or technical field, a plus
Sales background in Manufacturing Industry, a plus
Ability to work successfully from home and travel locally in assigned territory 100% of the time
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Capacity to learn, internalize, apply and execute techniques and strategies
High degree of technical aptitude and interest
Superb organizational skills and detail orientation
Ability to instantly positively connect with others
High degree of self-awareness, and self-correction
Critical thinking skills
