Augusta Coating & Manufacturing, an industry leading Custom Coating and Manufacturing company seeks a results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to open up new business opportunities as well as service existing business in Augusta, GA and the surrounding 200 mile radius territory. Be a part of this growing career opportunity in our new, expanded facility in Thomson, GA. The Outside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing a territory of existing accounts, while capitalizing on new opportunities.

We are seeking a hard-working, money and results oriented individual who is excited to take advantage of the prospect of selling top of the line products in a market that grows year over year as the value of powder coatings low impact on the environment is realized. This position is not for those considering a career in sales. Someone who has a strong desire for sales success and is committed to earning money and growing their business and career will be rewarded in this role.

Augusta Coating & Manufacturing is an ISO certified full-service contract coater of steel, stainless steel and aluminum parts. With a modern 120,000 square foot plant located centrally in the southeast region, ACM specializes in high corrosion resistant, quality finishes for the transportation, automotive, agricultural, and recreational and maintenance vehicle markets.

The successful candidate must have:
- 3 5+ years Sales and Account Management experience
- Sales experience in the same territory and also the same or similar industries (metal processing, steel, manufacturing, jobbers, industrial supply or coatings)
- Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills (telephone and face-to-face) as well as organizational and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are necessary
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be most helpful
- Experience in a somewhat longer selling cycle to multiple decision makers (at different levels) as well as negotiation and problem solving challenges come with this position.
- A previous salary of at least $70,000/ year
