This position will be responsible for selling policies to new clients and developing relationships with potential clients. Base plus commissions with first year on target earnings of $55,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities and Duties for the Inside Sales Representative:

Identify and solicit prospects from various sources, both agency-provided and self-generated
Achieve agency and individual goals
Build relationships with clients, upholding agencys reputation with professionalism
Identify customer needs and cross-sell additional services
Solicit referrals from existing agency accounts
Coordinate with CSR for service of existing accounts
Maintain necessary licenses and continuing education required for license renewal


Requirements for the Inside Sales Representative:

3-5 years of proven inside sales experience
College Degree preferred; some college required
Personable attitude with the ability to work with a wide variety of clients
Ability to influence others
Self-motivated to increase sales and revenue
