The Rigg Darlington Group, a leading southeastern Pennsylvania insurance broker, is looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. With an instinctive dedication to superior customer service, this person will work with the entire range of commercial insurance service: billing questions, claim reporting, renewal processing, policy changes, client & carrier interaction, and other responsibilities.

To the right Commercial Lines Account Manager, we offer:

$45,000 - $64,000 annual salary commensurate with experience and designations (CISR, CIC, CPCU, etc.)

Responsibilities and Principal Duties:

Provide support to our Commercial Lines producer and account executive
Respond to customer and insurance company requests in a professional manner and on a timely basis
Process new business, renewals, policy changes and cancellations
Perform billing of audits; resolve and reconcile billing issues
Receive claim reports and forward to carriers
Coordinate seminars, mailing campaigns, billing updates for select customers
Maintain ongoing and professional customer contact

Job Requirements:

College degree preferred. High School diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum two years experience in similar position is required
Must acquire a PA Property/Casualty Agents License within 3 months of hire
Good listening and computer skills. Strong attention to detail
Work well in a team environment
Experience with Vertafore / AMS360 agency management system is a plus
