Partner Manager - Work from home in Utah

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in recruiting and managing business partners for Questionmark. The Partner Manager must not only be energetic and organized but must also have a genuine desire to understand the Partners business model and how Questionmark products can benefit the partner and their customers. As part of fast paced sales team the Partner Manager will work with both partners and Questionmark Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive sales.

Summary of role:

The Partner Manager will work with Questionmark management to identify, inspire, engage, onboard and maintain partners that will refer prospective customers (Influence Partner) or resell to prospective customers (Reseller) Questionmarks product and/or services in North America. Partner Manager will focus on engaging Influence Partners rather than Resellers. Daily activities will include prospecting, nurturing leads, explaining products/services, demonstrating products/services and assisting partners win deals for Questionmark. Business Development Managers (BDMs) will be responsible managing the sales pipeline to win new business from end-users and Partner Manager will work closely with BDMs and partners to ensure successful outcomes for all concerned. Responsibilities will include working with partners and Account Managers to insure customer satisfaction and conducting quarterly business reviews with partners. The Partner Manager handles communication with prospective partners and current partners and ensures inquiries and requests are handled quickly and effectively. The Partner Manager maintains information with Questionmarks CRM and keeps management informed of progress.

Essential skills/experience:

2-year degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Business Development or partner management activities
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
In a previous role has demonstrated an ability to:
-Demonstrated ability to communicate with leaders
-Drive revenues, build a sales plan and execute on that plan
-Take a small/large sale through a sales pipeline
-Learn and explain complex software features easily
-Engage with people from different backgrounds and cultures and develop business from those engagements
-Take on challenges as learning experiences
-Flexible in the working style to meet the business challenges

Desired skills/experience:

Experience managing Influence Partners
Experience in the testing and assessment market
Experience with sales of Software As A Service
Experience with learning and explaining migration process easily
