We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and passionate individual to join our marketing family. You will be responsible the delivery of Consumer Relationship Marketing (CRM) strategies and programs for the Natural American Spirit brand and in doing so you will be ensuring that our brand difference and company values are embedded in every interaction with a highly evangelical adult tobacco consumer base.

Through an intimate understanding of corporate and Brand objectives you will be tasked with the development of One to One marketing strategies to complement and achieve these objectives. Effective strategies must consider and add value through an applied understanding of database marketing, tobacco industry, adult tobacco consumers and brands. Strong Consumer Relationship Management capabilities will be required to define adult tobacco consumer segments and build relevant communication channel plans to effectively identify the role and required resources for each channel.

Additional accountabilities include monitoring brand and program performance, competitive activity, assessing consumer trends and otherwise analyzing holistic marketplace activity to identify opportunities for brand development and growth.

The Sr. Manager Consumer Marketing One to One Planning will:

Collaborate with brand and agency partners to determine objectives, strategic plans and execution plans for communication channels. Establish and track metrics and key performance indicators to assess plan performance.
Effectively lead strategic partners and stakeholders to integrate solutions in the most expedient and practical manner.
Direct agency deliverables and serve as a liaison to internal stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-strategy delivery of projects.
Oversee insights and campaign results to inform and guide plan development through the evaluation of creative, targeting, segmentation, program flows, program timing and cadence and tactical details (coupon offers, coupon volume, promotion offers, etc.).
Collaborate with Strategy & Planning on research design, execution and analysis.
Drive execution of robust test plans and coordinating results tracking with multiple internal stakeholders.
Develop key presentation materials to communicate successes and learnings to improve marketing spend and enhance ROI
Develop key insights to proactively create, improve, or align solutions to complement and/or enhance existing communication channels.
Lead comprehensive execution process across support teams (including Brand, Agencies, IM, Operations, Consumer Relations, Art Production, Procurement, Legal, PR and Finance).
Develop and actively manage budget for communication plans.
Ensure compliance legal, corporate, industry guidelines and marketing standards.
Effectively communicate expectation to stakeholders across the organization to influence decision making.
Gain support for new ideas, strategy shifts and lead change throughout the organization when appropriate.
