*With this position, there is the option to work either on-site here at our office or remotely, for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week.

Our Business Development Specialists generate new business opportunities for our Sales Team by calling prospects, building pipelines and scheduling appointments. Ideal candidates have experience in call center environments, outbound calling, telemarketing or other phone-based experience.

We will provide you with detailed training and background of our industry, along with a database of prospective clients and contact information. Your job will be to connect with these target prospects to generate qualified leads and appointments, maintaining records within our CRM system. We all work within a highly collaborative and supportive environment, so we are really looking for someone who is passionate about sales to help us grow our business and join our team!

Qualifications
-Telemarketing experience appointment setting
-Experience with B2B efforts into HR prospects is a plus
-Articulate, compelling, and creative in verbal communication
-Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
-Self-driven and positive attitude in order to thrive as an individual in a team-oriented environment
-Strong hunter skills and enthusiasm to close new business
