Preferred Communications is a young and thriving independently owned Marketing Firm. We specialize in Campaign Construction and Implementation for various telecommunication and energy companies. Our ability to take a clients product and create a Successful Marketing Campaign geared specifically toward revenue increase is what separates us from our competition. We operate on the premise that Without Complete Client Satisfaction, there is no growth. We have a proven track record of defying odds and exceeding goals! We have mastered the fine art of combining timeless marketing tactics with our own newly developed strategies.

We believe in being active in every aspect of a clients campaign; from idea conception to market testing the eventual realization of the constructed campaign. We are currently looking to staff our Jefferson Park location and will be navigating more of the Country! We are looking for qualified candidates for the following positions: Office Manager, Assistant Manager and Account Manager, all FULL TIME positions.

Duties:

Deals directly with customer
Responsible for New Customer Acquisition
Maintain weekly sales quota
Responsible for training new Account Managers
Maintain keen and up to date product knowledge
Assist Office manager with daily sales and product meetings
Run weekly workshops
ALL TEAM MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE TRAINING IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

Client and Customer satisfaction
Competitor Analysis
New Hire Training
Successful Sales Tips
REQUIREMENTS

All candidates should have at least 2 years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience
