Adcomm DigiTel is a Growing Sprint Preferred Retailer. We are seeking a highly motivated, organized professional with a strong record of leading sales teams to achieve their goals.

District Managers should possess a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit through integrity,
personal responsibility and team development. The DM will help to manage, train, recruit and
operate 4-12 individual store locations to continually increase their profitability. DMs will have a
good grasp of, product knowledge, special promotions, and the ability to over exceed team
sales goals. In order to maximize the potential of the DMs, he/she should have: great
leadership skills, be a good communicator, and motivator through leading by example.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Acts as the primary Manager in the recruitment, promotion, retention, and termination of store employees.
Actively manages, trains, supervises and guides each Store Manager in his/her district.
Actively advises his/her Regional Manager regarding the status, progress and needs of his/her district.
Ensures that location sales teams are following policies and procedures of ADL at all times.
Provides and models outstanding services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitors and manages district wide staffing levels
Plans, identifies, communicates and delegates key responsibilities and practices to the store to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the district.
Analyze district sales results and trends to achieve increases and maximize sales.
Ensure each location maintains a high standard of merchandising, proper displays, and appearance.
Responsible for inventory shrinkage and security of district locations
Collaborates with Store Managers on building excellent sales teams through identification of successful sales skills and behaviors.
Directs and coordinates the activities of the store sales staff to accomplish sales, productivity and profit goals.
Clearly communicates objectives and priorities to Store Managers.
Regularly visits all stores in District to encourage, train, and motivate employees (2 different stores per day required).
Ensures that they personally audit each location under their control a minimum of one time per month
Evaluates training effectiveness and provides performance feedback.
Monitors and distributes inventory throughout his/her region.
Facilitates the implementation of new policies and procedures throughout his/her district.
Communicates marketing and other operational needs to appropriate corporate departments.
Monitors location/employees schedules to ensure that company goals are appropriately met.

Education/ Experience Requirements
High School diploma, AA or BA preferred
5-7 years of experience in Retail sales environment, 4 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
