Are you a professional sales person with a technical or mechanical aptitude looking for a place you can find a home and grow an account set?

Kele is currently looking for sales professionals to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for growing an account set by proactively calling contacts and seeking out B2B opportunities. We are a local company with a 30 year history looking to continue our drive in the Building Automation Industry.

This is an inside sales role so NO TRAVEL will be required. Our salespeople beat plan by consistently probing accounts and opportunities to find and win the trust of our customers over the long haul.

Base + commission; salary commensurate with experience; top performers exceed 100k per year.

To be considered, you must have:

Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience (a technical/mechanical background is highly desired)
Proven ability to make a large amount of contacts via phone, utilizing warm leads, providing information from customers to aid in product research and development, national account activities, OEM development and regional business development efforts

Experience analyzing sales statistics and call data to determine the total opportunity in each account and demonstrated ability to formulate a strategy to achieve that and all goals associated with assigned accounts

Experience with utilizing email and a CRM system for sales and marketing, including customer follow-up and communication, is a plus

Proven background in utilizing phone and email to generate new business along with growing existing business

Proficiency and ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Bachelor's degree preferred

References that speak to your strong relationship building skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently to drive results

Strong organizational and time management skills
