Summary:





All New Business Development Managers are responsible for planning, managing and implementing all necessary sales activities for the successful management of their assigned accounts .

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:






Primary focus is to develop a sufficient pipeline by prospecting growth potential customers through outbound activity from inactive, existing customers and prospect databases
Secondary focus is to be involved in managing and working with their assigned accounts to grow revenue
Provide additional overflow resource to the Sales Queue to field inbound calls, driving total differential solution sales from inbound customers
Activities include creating, and managing sales programs for each account. Documenting call activity, sales plans, competitive data, next steps, and actions items in CRM
Achieving sales goals through sales pipeline development, sales leads, understanding sales metrics, and other plans or assigned sales functions and processesMinimum inbound/outbound calls on average per day is 80 (touch points.)

Additional duties:Provide technical knowledge to external customers to solve installation or sales related questions
Product knowledge: Must be contain basic knowledge in the differential industry
Communication: Must have outstanding communication skills in both oral and written form
Product Feedback: Provide input/suggestions for enhancement and/or new product ideas including competitive information
Customer satisfaction: Track the progress and status of customers on an ongoing basis to ensure customer satisfaction
Corporate Standards: Comply with all corporate policies and procedures.

Demonstrated record of achievement in prior sales related position.




Education: A Bachelors Degree in Business or the equivalent is required.







Computer Skills: Proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with Business Contact Manager Software
