ASSOCIATE PARTNER - SECURITY OPERATIONS CONSULTING SERVICES
Location: can be based out of any major US City

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
5+ years of current IT Security Industry experience
5+ years of current / recent experience BOTH Selling AND leading Delivery of Security Operations Services
Security Operations Subject Matter Expertise
Solid track record of closing at least $2M+ annually in Security Operations Consulting solutions and services
Solid experience overseeing the implementation of Security Operations consulting engagement
5+ years of Current / Recent experience working directly for a Top Tier Security Management Consulting firm or Consulting practice
Ability to travel 50-75% to customers
RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, The Associate Partner Security Operations will be spend 50% of their time focused on new business development and 50% of their time billable, leading the delivery of Security Operations Consulting Engagement with customers across North America. As a Security Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will leverage your expertise and experience, working directly with C-level executives at F1000 companies to understand their business Security Operations needs, and develop and close new business opportunities . You will meet or ideally exceed annual revenue goals of $3-4M in new business each year, working with a cross functional team. You will also be responsible for being billable as a Security Operations SME, leading and overseeing Security Operations Consulting Engagements.

As a Security Operations SME you will provide practice leadership as well as participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows and white paper development and presentation. You will also in some situations serve as an account manager, ensuring successful delivery and high levels of client satisfaction and client service. You will be leading a matrixed delivery team as well.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

$180,000 - $240,000 base salary + 40%+bonus + incentives + exceptional benefits package.
