Sales Opportunity-Seeking multiple individuals

LLCH is seeking outside sales representatives to drive sales in the rapidly-growing areas of Accountable Care Organizations and Chronic care management a new benefit for the Medicare population. The position requires individuals who will develop and grow long-term relationships with ACOs, physician practices, physician groups, hospital systems, accountable care organizations, payors, and other health care providers and organizations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
Developing strategic sales plans, budgets and sales goals
Meeting sales performance expectations and growth goals
Documenting sales data and progress into the companys platform
Working cohesively with an established clinical and operations team to achieve results
Communicating clearly and regularly with all parties, internally and externally
Providing valuable input on a regular basis for improvement and opportunity for the company

Bachelors degree or equivalent in relevant experience
Exceptional communication skills
At least one (1) year of experience selling direct to physician in durable medical equipment, home health, or relevant space
Variable travel
Experience selling to all levels of healthcare provider decision-makers

Preferred Qualifications
Background in durable medical equipment or home health sales or other relevant healthcare sales
Analytical skill set for tactical sales strategies, market approach and solutions for obstacles
