MSE Partners is a premier executive event services firm specializing in healthcare forums, benefits forums, customer service forms and executive finance forms with small luncheons to large multi-day expos capabilities. Our event sponsors enjoy the opportunity to associate their brands with the event as subject matter experts and delegate attendees wish to become experts, network and take this knowledge and value back to their employers.

Were different because we eliminate the dreaded Conference coma weve all experienced. Each event features a variety of networking activities, presentations are delivered in a case-study manner and participation/interaction is the norm.

Your average week includes researching your target client and determining how to customize your approach, updating and utilizing the CRM appropriately, maintaining at least 120 new phone calls each week plus follow ups, emailing each new prospect and follow ups, securing placements and closing allocations, and ensuring that event sponsors, etc. have provided necessary deliverables. Key to success is robust pipeline with new contacts every day and consistent contact/communication.

Sales presentations can be conducted primarily by phone and with the help of webinars and conference calls. You may work from home however you should have telecommuting experience; we need to know that you have been successful working in this way previously. Comprehensive training and continual coaching provided.

First year income potential is between 50k 75k with each subsequent year an additional 20% to 50% depending on performance. Please note that this is an independent contractor position and therefore no salary or benefits can be provided.

Ideal Candidate:
Experience selling conference and events sponsorship or industry advertising that may require working with multiple points of contact.
The ability to learn about an industry quickly and use that knowledge during sales calls is essential to success in this position.
Strong skills and discipline working with CRM.

Exceptional attention to detail, especially in all external communication
Ability to speak with senior executives (C-level) with confidence and poise.
You have extraordinary speaking and writing skills, including error-less grammar and spelling.
Comfort with web-based applications such as Google Apps and DropBox.
Experience selling conference delegates.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate.
