The Position:

Customer Service Representatives will be tasked with various responsibilities as it pertains to our national clients' B2C/B2B programs. Customer Service Representatives are expected to provide an exceptional level of customer service to current, former, and prospective customers by informing them of new programs options and promotions that may improve their service and customer service experience. Customer Service Representatives will answer questions, provide information and resolve any problems that may be related to our clients' services. Individuals will utilize their strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others to create a rapport with customers, potentially leading to long term relationships and improved customer retention.

**Please be aware that this is NOT a call center position. Requires face-to-face interactions. **

Requirements:

Qualified candidate(s) should have 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably from the Retail, Restaurant or Hotel industries. They must also possess the ability to work well in a team environment, possess a positive attitude, and have a desire to become the best at what they do.
