VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT HEALTH CARE INSURANCE VERTICAL - Hot Company, Hot Market, Hot Opportunity with uncapped earnings potential working with one of the most outstanding sales teams in the country. Company is a subsidiary of a multi-billion dollar publicly traded organization with an aggressive market attack plan and an ongoing acquisition plan to provide their clients with World Class service in the database and digital marketing, data base management, campaign marketing, and fulfillment arena. Focus for this role will be securing new business insurance vertical clients.. Opportunity is $400K+ at target with absolutely no caps on per-deal commissions or total earnings. Annuity style commissions are paid on subsequent years of the three year contract. Top performers are earning above $500K consistently. Manager is very well respected by customers, peers, subordinates, and upper-managers. Builds tremendous loyalty in all areas, and provides exceptional support in return. Understands the sales process, and is building a World Class sales team. To become a part of this team, you must have at least ten years of successfully selling complex multi-million dollar, multi-year database marketing contracts into the appropriate vertical markets (National Health Insurance Carriers). Must have a good understanding of full service marketing and proven ten-plus years successful sales in or around database marketing. This is an individual contributor role, new business territory, so if you are afraid of digging up new business, this is not the job for you. If you are managing a team now but are not afraid of selling or if you are a career sales person who wants to earn a great deal of money, we want to speak with you. Successful candidates must meet all of the "must have" criteria to be considered, and must be able to provide verifiable references. New York City is the preferred location; will consider candidates in nearby locations. Boston would also be a preferred choice location. Chicago, Atlanta, or other major hubs will be considered.
