SalesRoads, one of Inc 5000's fastest growing companies in 2014 and 2015, is looking for a bright and energetic Full-Time Inside Sales Representative for one of our high profile clients. As an Inside Sales Rep, you must be a highly motivated professional who is willing to work in a fast-paced and results driven environment.

The primary responsibility of this position is to cold call into a growing portfolio of current customer accounts and up-selling additional products and services through proactive telephone sales. Payroll is bi-weekly and is comprised of a guaranteed hourly pay of $11 - $12 (based on experience) plus commission.

To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Expertise in an inside sales role
- A minimum of 3 years experience in outbound calling
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, competitive, and a self starter
- Ability to identify prospect needs and quickly recognize buying signals
- Strong closing skills
- Have a full home-office set-up and quiet work environment with a headset, reliable computer, and high speed Internet connection
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal skills
- Superior writing skills and detail orientation
- History of quota attainment
- Computer proficiency
