Description
intellX Solutions is an experienced solution provider company with high level resources that are able to continually meet customers challenging UC, Data, Security and Virtualization needs. The AE will be a key role to help intellX develop strategic and trusting relationships with customers.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Develop relationships with customers and decision makers within the customer base assigned to AE
Shows exceptional company service, product and pricing knowledge
Outstanding presentation skills
Communicates intellX Solutions products and solutions to customers effectively
Is willing to make calls to customers to achieve account penetration and bring new potential customers into the sales funnel
AE will work with Services team and account team to establish contract terms for customers
Plans site visits and meeting with customers to maintain a tight relationship
AE will possess outstanding project management skills
Able to work with technology partner sales representatives when needed
Is able to work with minimum supervision
Adheres to intellX Solutions company policies and procedures when interacting with clients
Ability to keep a sales forecast to assist in reporting account interaction activity as company needs dictate
Desired Experience / Qualifications
Five years or more of outside direct sales experience is required
AE will demonstrate some technical knowledge to assist in selling to customers
Must be comfortable working with C level customer executives across a wide customer base
Essential knowledge of VOIP PBX, UC and other Avaya UC products
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working proficiency with Microsoft office products is desired
Past experience working in telecommunications sales is required
Education
4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Previous Avaya product sales training
