We are looking for a Small Account Sales Manager who is self-motivated and results-oriented that possesses excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of potential and existing clients within CBIA Energy Connections, an established and trusted energy procurement service.


Conduct sales and provide ongoing service for small customer electricity accounts (900,000 kWh and below), utilizing both matrix and custom pricing.
Create and execute plans to increase the size of the small customer book of business.
Respond to customer inquiries relating to energy sales contracts.
Follow up on items related to product inquiries, contracts, pricing and deal execution.
Analyze, review and summarize small account data to create and execute renewal plans.
Prepare and analyze management reports for trends to determine strategies for selling.

Analytical/Research Skills - Ability to analyze a utility bill, seek multiple pricing options, gather more information if necessary, and assemble pricing models designed to present options to the customer.
Computer/Technical Literacy - Ability to use [please apply online] as well as the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint, to perform job functions.
Flexibility/Adaptability/Managing Multiple Priorities - Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.

Education/Experience Requirement
1-3 years sales experience.
Energy experience a plus.
College preferred.
Experience in a role with commission-based compensation, preferred
