To the qualified Sales Associate, we offer:

$35,000 - $45,000 base plus commission, with a first year on-target total compensation of $70,000 - $95,000 commensurate with sales success and industry experience

Responsibilities for the Sales Associate:

Lead Generation: prospecting potential targets
Discovery meetings qualifying appointments generated by our software partners and marketing efforts
LinkedIn: relationship-based prospecting & introductions
Software Demonstrations: capabilities and proposals
Negotiating: product offerings and service solutions
Customer Experience: building a referral pipeline through satisfied clients
Marketing: participate in webinars, creating white papers and attending live events
Data Management: maintain contact and relationship activity through a CRM system

Requirements for the Sales Associate:

5+ years sales experience
Bachelors degree
Experience selling software products and related services to business owners.
Must be competent and comfortable contacting and qualifying senior management prospects.
Be conversant in technology related business issues
Be highly skilled in phone sales and relationship building
Have the ability to work independently with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in the construction industry a plus.
