Overview:

Lead sales engagements, selling solutions to complex business process requirements. Sell multiple solution categories including, finance and accounting, customer care, supply chain, back office. Sales include multiple solutions integrated within a single deal, and solutions combined with strategic outsourcing, application management services and global business services solutions. *Seeking prior BPO sales experience!*

Responsibilities:

1.Identify prospects and generate opportunities
2.Engage the sales engagement team, manage the team (which can involve very large teams) and economically manage the substantial engagement budget.
3.Manage the customer relationship, participate in complex solutions
4.Establish financial and pricing strategies which meet the clients business objectives while meeting Proxis business model
5.Lead the team to successfully close the opportunity


Qualifications:


EDUCATION:

Bachelors degree in marketing or a related area required.


EXPERIENCE:

Ten years or more of executive sales experience in multiple disciplines, especially Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).


COMPETENCIES SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
1.The art of networking and solutions solving for C-suite level deals.
2.Demonstrated clear understanding of the customers business, organization, culture, and the compelling reasons to act and manage the third party consultant relationship (if applicable)
3.Extraordinary team leadership, great sales execution, strong problem solving skills
4.Exceptional business insight, show executive/boardroom presence and outstanding judgment
5.Ability to devise and articulate a unique and compelling value propositions (which typically leverages Proxi and creates value) so that customer decision-makers clearly grasp the short and long-term business and financial value of a relationship with Proxi
6.Hands-on financial strategy, negotiations strategy, management and program management experience.
7.Ability to build active relationship for call center outsourcing across a variety of platforms.
8.Seeking prior BPO sales experience.
