SERVPRO of Warminster, Lansdale & Blue Bell, located in Hatfield, PA, is looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to expand and strengthen our sales efforts on mitigation and commercial restoration projects. The Commercial Sales Manager will have the opportunity to strengthen relationships with our existing customer base while developing new opportunities and driving continued growth in line with our company vision.

This new position is geared toward the individual who is self-motivated and inner driven, a strong relationship builder at multiple levels and someone dedicated to providing superior customer service for long term success. The ideal Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for building relationships with property managers, brokers, adjusters, consultants and other key influencers within the commercial property market.
To the qualified Commercial Sales Manager we offer:

Total compensation package $75,000 - $100,000+ (attractive base/plus commission and dependent on experience)

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Manager include:

Sells mitigation and commercial restoration projects to property managers, brokers, adjusters, consultants and other Influencers related to commercial properties
Prospects for new business, developing relationships with above contacts while planning and maintaining adequate cold and warm leads to cover the market
Prepares and presents proposals in a professional manner and follows-up on hard bids and offers value engineered solutions to customers
Maintains a company-owned database of current customers, prospective customers and past customers to support marketing and sales efforts
Represents company at various events, organizations and associations for the purpose of building strong relationships
Acts in capacity of company representative and develops community ties to enhance public image and brand of the company
Undertakes additional responsibilities as experience develops in this position and in line with overall company aspirations

Qualifications for the Commercial Sales Manager include:

Minimum of 5-10 years project based and/or consultative sales experience
Background and knowledge base within the Building and/or Architectural industry
Self-motivated, professional individual with proven history of performance
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are required and competency managing accounts, closing deals, maintaining relationships with high level decision makers
Previous experience within Insurance and Disaster restoration a plus
Ability to travel and operate at a high energy level
